DEAN DEETZ
HEAD COACH
Founder and Owner Coach Deetz brings extensive professional experience and a genuine life-long passion for the game of baseball. Across his eight seasons in MLB & Major League-affiliated baseball, including winning the 2019 American League Championship, he competed as a RHP at the sport’s highest level after being drafted by the Houston Astros in 2014, and making his Major-League debut in 2018. His time in their organization gave him invaluable insight and a realistic understanding of what it takes to perform, compete, and succeed under pressure, which he now shares with aspiring athletes. Now entering his fifth year of youth baseball coaching and eighth year of individualized player development, Coach Deetz is dedicated to making a lasting, positive impact on every player he mentors. He specializes in building strong, confident, technically sound athletes. His training blends pro‑level insight with a clear, motivating approach that helps players unlock their potential. Every session is designed to elevate performance, build confidence, create an uplifting team environment, sharpen skills, and prepare athletes to stand out on the field.
RYAN FRANKEL
HEAD COACH
Ryan Frankel is a former collegiate and professional baseball player with five years of scouting experience and seven years of coaching athletes from 10U to 18U. Since transitioning from his playing career, Ryan has been dedicated to developing players both on and off the field. He is passionate about building confidence, teaching sound fundamentals, and helping each athlete develop the skills, mindset, and work ethic needed to succeed while playing the game the right way.
SHANE LUENSMANN
ASSISTANT COACH
Coach Shane is a USA Baseball Certified Coach and former collegiate athlete with 9 years experience of coaching youth baseball at both recreational and competitive levels. He specializes in player development, mental approach, and game strategy, helping athletes build strong fundamentals and a deeper understanding of the game to prepare for higher levels of competition.
